Delivery & Returns
All orders will be processed within 4 business days. Light Vibe uses USPS as our primary shipping services. Orders will be delivered within 3-5 days after processing.
To deliver your favorite products, we have partnered with the most reliable companies. All of our products are carefully tested and inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. If a product is damaged during shipment, we will replace the product if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Lightvibellc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
